Procedure

To plan an event, you should have the reasonable expectation of attracting a minimum of 60 participants.

If you have a date set for your event, contact me to see if it is available. If you have not selected a date,
give the format, the day of the week, and the time of year that you are considering and I will give you as
many options as possible. Weekend dates are booked 4-8 months ahead. Weekdays are often open in the
3-6 month range. Larger events are booked 1-2 years in advance.

Look over the "Fee & Expense" schedule to figure costs. A "free-will" offering taken at church concerts,
can go to your budget to reduce your costs, can be used to raise funds for a project or may be added to my
honorarium at your descretion.

Once a date or dates have been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation package (posters, bio, set-up
suggestions, and a booking agreement). In this package, you will find a form to fill out and return (along
with a deposit of $100 per day booked) to confirm the booking. The balance is due at the event.

Weekday - $400.00 per day (2-day minimum)
Weekday - one day (morning & evening) - $700.00
Friday night through Saturday night - $900.00
Friday night through Sunday noon - $1050.00
Friday night through Sunday night - $1250.00

Sunday morning, Sunday & Monday evenings - $950.00

-- OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
 
If an engagement requires air transportation, the airfare plus $100 replaces the expenses listed
above and a suitable sound system must be provided.
 
If food and lodging are required, a medium-priced motel is requested and reservations and
payment are the client's responsibility.
