- To plan an event, you should have the reasonable expectation
of attracting a minimum of 60 participants.

- If you have a date set for your event, contact
me to see if it is available. If
you have not selected a date,
- give the format, the day of the week, and the time of
year that you are considering and I will give you as
- many options as possible. Weekend dates are booked 4-8
months ahead. Weekdays are often open in the
- 3-6 month range. Larger events are
booked 1-2 years in advance.

- Look over the "Fee & Expense" schedule
to figure costs. A "free-will" offering taken at church concerts,
- can go to your budget to reduce your costs, can be used
to raise funds for a project or may be added to my
- honorarium at your descretion.

- Once a date or dates have been confirmed, you will receive
a confirmation package (posters, bio, set-up
- suggestions, and a booking agreement). In this package,
you will find a form to fill out and return (along
- with a deposit of $100 per day booked) to confirm the
booking. The balance is due at the event.

- If an engagement requires air transportation, the airfare
